Winter Qigong

A Practice in Inner Harmony

SIX WEEKS OF MOVEMENT, STILLNESS & INNER CULTIVATION

Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with the quieter rhythms of life.

In a world that often asks us to keep moving, Qigong offers us a different way — an opportunity to soften, replenish our energy, and cultivate a deeper awareness of ourselves.

Join me for six weeks of gentle movement, conscious breathing, and mindful awareness as we explore the ancient practice of Qigong and the wisdom of the winter season.

Through flowing movements, stillness, and intention, we’ll explore ways to cultivate our life force energy, settle the mind, and strengthen our connection to the body.

This is a space to become curious about your own experience, develop a relationship with your energy, and discover what becomes possible when you give yourself time to simply be.

No previous Qigong experience is necessary. Come as you are.

An invitation to return to yourself

You don’t need to change who you are or become someone new. Perhaps the invitation is simply to create enough space to listen, feel, and reconnect with what is already within you.
